I installed mysql&amp;co with your comand. after I set with mysqladmin -u root password mysqlrootpassword the root password.

But now I got following message, if I try to connect on my host (localhost)
error: &#039;Access denied for user &#039;root&#039;@&#039;localhost&#039;

What can it be?

that should clean it all up for ya after you

I tried apt-get remove mysql-server mysql-client libmysqlclient15-dev
