As I have been looking for a tool to manage roughly 100 domains on BIND 9 (*urgs*, djbdns rules) I have installed and tested some of the above. Here are my findings:

Binder:
+ Easy setup
+ Simple Interface
- Lack of functions (PTRs, TXT, etc)

ProBIND:
+ Decent Interface
+ Advanced Options
- Complex setup
- Look & Feel

DNSDusty:
+ Very good idea
+ No database required
- Very minimalistic interface
- No advanced options

mysqlBind (now unxs/Bind):
+ Advanced Options
+ Integrated User/Group management
- Usability (Admin interface is unusable to me)
- Complex setup (RPMS did not install cleanly)
- Lack of documentation

Right now, if I had to pick one for my environment it would probably be ProBIND (best of the worst).
If some effort is put into DNSDusty this could become a winner.

I have yet to check out NicTool (www.nictool.com) which has a good-looking demo and some good comments in Linux Mag.
